Hello ! I’m Margaret Punj, and I’m truly glad you are here.

I help individuals rediscover balance, heal emotionally, and find their voice through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

My journey as a language trainer, motivational speaker and emotional-wellness coach has always been guided by one unwavering belief: Every person carries within them both resilience and longing  and often, what they need is someone who sees them, hears them, and empowers them to speak their truth.

With a background that spans a  Master’s in Psychology , Master’s in Education, a Master’s in English, Bachelors in English and Education., and multiple certificate courses in psychology and communication, I’ have spent years bridging the worlds of language, learning and emotional well-being. I have stood at the front of classrooms, guided adults through transformation workshops, spoken on panels ; all the while listening quietly to the stories that unfolded behind the words.

I founded Sukoon because I noticed a pattern: professionals, mothers, daughters-in-law, wife-friends juggling more than they often admit. Women who carry the weight of “doing it all”, even when their inner voice whispers for rest. I recognised that kind of pressure and I also recognised the power of saying: It’s okay not to be okay right now.
